What it Takes to Join Emirates Cabin Crew Team
Emirates seeks individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To be considered, you must:
- Be fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
- Be a strong team player with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Meet height requirements (at least 160cm tall with an arm reach of 212cm).
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Possess a minimum of high school education (Grade 12).
- Have no visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
World-Class Training in Dubai
Selected candidates will embark on an intensive seven-and-a-half-week training program at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai. This comprehensive program covers:
- Induction: Welcome to Dubai and the Emirates Group, with guidance on settling in and administrative formalities.
- Safety and Emergency Procedures: Master the skills and knowledge to ensure the safety of yourself, passengers, and the aircraft.
- Group Medical Training: Gain confidence in managing various medical emergencies.
