It has not announced the 2027 edition or a 2027 registration window. If you want to meet Erasmus+ alumni, explore exchange opportunities or present your own mobility project, there is a real event to join this October—but registering an event and reserving a place at one are different actions.

What is actually happening in October 2026?
Erasmus Days is a six-day series of local and online activities about Erasmus+ experiences and opportunities. An international office might hold an exchange briefing; alumni might share what studying abroad taught them; a school or youth group might run a workshop. The 2026 theme focuses on skills for tomorrow, but organizers may also present other Erasmus+ projects and experiences.
Events can take place outside Europe. That global reach does not mean one central application guarantees an international exchange or a place at every session. Some listings are open to the public, while others are reserved for a school or organization’s own community. The listing decides whether you must book ahead and whether it charges a fee.
Should a scholarship seeker join?
Join if you want first-hand advice and contacts before choosing an Erasmus+ route. Look for university mobility briefings, talks with past participants or sessions about Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters. Ask which programme fits your degree level, which institutions can nominate or host you, and where the actual application is filed. A useful conversation can sharpen your plan, but attendance itself provides no Erasmus Mundus scholarship, admission offer or travel grant.
The similar-sounding Erasmus Recruitment Days 2027 is a separate career event in Rotterdam, scheduled for 19 January to 5 February 2027. Its organizer’s homepage currently says tickets are not yet for sale, despite a ticket button on another page. It is not the worldwide Erasmus Days celebration.
How do you attend or register an Erasmus Days event?
- To attend: Search the official 2026 event map by country, city, date and public access. Open a promising listing and follow that organizer’s booking, language, location and fee instructions.
- To organize: Plan an activity with a clear Erasmus+ connection. It can be a campus talk, an alumni panel, a project exhibition or an online session. Decide whether it will be public and prepare a description, date, location and image.
- Submit the event: Use the official organiser form. It currently offers 2026 dates and asks for organizer details and the event’s Erasmus+ connection. An outdated 2025 closure message also appears on the form, so check for a confirmation email and verify that your listing appears on the map.
When is the last date to register?
No Erasmus Days 2027 registration deadline has been announced as of 29 September 2026. The confirmed Erasmus Days celebration runs from 12 to 17 October 2026. Finland’s national Erasmus+ agency gives 11 October 2026 as the latest date to submit a 2026 event there; do not assume that national guidance is a universal deadline. If you are attending rather than organizing, check your chosen event’s listing for its own reservation cutoff.
