Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be from a developing country listed in the OECD-DAC list (except certain transition countries).
- Hold a bachelor’s (for master’s) or master’s (for PhD) degree, completed within the last six years.
- Have a minimum of two years’ relevant professional experience after graduation.
- Be currently working in a role related to development in a public or private institution.
- Demonstrate development-related motivation and potential as a change-maker.
- Provide proof of language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL for English-taught programs, B1 German for German-taught programs).
- Submit a well-articulated motivation letter addressing development goals and course relevance.
