- English Proficiency: As TIGP is an all-English program, applicants whose first language is not English must provide proof of proficiency through one of the following standardized tests:
- TOEFL (Internet-Based): Minimum score of 79
- TOEFL (Paper-Based): Minimum score of 550
- IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5
- TOEIC: Minimum score of 785
- GEPT (for locals): High Intermediate Level
Exemptions from English proficiency requirements are available for students from English-speaking countries or those who have completed degrees entirely in English (proof required).

- Submit Required Documents: Ensure all the necessary documents are ready and complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered and the required documents include:
- Graduation Certificates: B.Sc. and, if applicable, M.Sc. degrees. Non-English documents must be translated into English.
- Transcripts: Full transcripts of academic records with explanations of grading systems. English translations are necessary for non-English documents.
- Passport: A copy of your valid passport.
- Taiwan Alien Resident Certificate (ARC): If applicable.
- English Proficiency Certificate: Submit one of the accepted test scores or provide proof of exemption.
- Recommendation Letters: Three letters of recommendation, including one from your thesis advisor.
- Curriculum Vitae: A detailed CV outlining your academic and professional experiences.
- Statement of Purpose: A compelling statement that explains your academic interests, career goals, and why you want to join TIGP.
