Hebei University of Technology Fully Funded Scholarship 2025 by China Government

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must be citizens of countries other than the People’s Republic of China and in good health. Former Chinese citizens must meet specific conditions outlined by the Ministry of Education of China.
2. Academic qualifications:
   • Master’s program: Bachelor’s degree holders under the age of 30.
   • Doctoral program: Master’s degree holders under the age of 40.
3. Language Proficiency:
   • TOEFL score of at least 85 or IELTS score of at least 6.0 or an English language proficiency certificate to get IELTS/TOEFL exemption.

2. HEBUT Online Application:
   Access the portal https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do to create an account, fill in the required details, and select the scholarship program and major.

List of Required Documents to Apply for Admission at HEBUT in 2025:

1. Completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship.
2. Passport Information Page (valid beyond September 2025).
3. Diploma and certificates of the highest education (or proof of expected graduation for current students).
4. Academic transcripts (notarized if not in English).
5. Language proficiency certificates (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent).
6. Study plan (minimum 1500 words).
7. Two recommendation letters (from professors or associate professors).
8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
9. Non-criminal record certificate issued within six months before the application.
