Hongyi Fellowship Introduction
The “Hongyi Postdoctoral Fellow” Program supports selected candidates for a two-year period, extendable to three years based on exceptional performance. Fellows will benefit from competitive salaries, world-class research facilities, and a thriving academic community.
Salary Package and Benefits for Fellows
- Annual Salary: RMB 300,000 (before tax). Additional funding may be provided by the candidate’s hosting unit or supervisor, alongside support from national, provincial, and municipal postdoctoral programs.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Under 35 years old.
- Academic Credentials: A doctoral degree obtained within the last three years or proof of meeting requirements for a doctoral dissertation defense.
- Research Collaboration: Must have selected a research team or group and drafted a preliminary research plan with the team leader.
- Ethics and Conduct: Uphold professional ethics and exhibit a strong dedication to scientific inquiry.
