Are you passionate about global peacebuilding and leadership? The Humanitarian Affairs Asia Global Internship Program 2025 is now accepting applications from young changemakers eager to make a meaningful impact. This prestigious program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the 5th Global Peace Summit (GPS) 2026 at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand.

Only eight exceptional candidates will be selected to join an elite team that will play a key role in organizing this landmark event, driving initiatives that foster peace, inclusion, and justice on a global scale.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: 21 to 28 years old
  • Educational Background: Must hold a degree from a recognized university
  • Passion for Change: Strong commitment to peacebuilding, youth empowerment, and social impact
  • Leadership Potential: Proven leadership experience or strong leadership qualities
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Personal Attributes: High integrity, positive attitude, and ability to work in a dynamic global team

Intern’s Responsibilities

As an onsite intern in Bangkok, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth research to engage with youth organizations, NGOs, and universities focused on leadership and social change.
  • Build and maintain strong global partnerships to empower young leaders worldwide.
  • Strategically recruit passionate delegates committed to creating a more just and equitable world.
  • Manage effective communication between colleges, NGOs, and the Secretariat to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and send compelling invitation emails to potential delegates and partner institutions.
  • Proactively follow up with universities and organizations to strengthen partnerships and increase engagement.

  • Location: Bangkok, Thailand
  • Duration: August 13, 2025 – January 16, 2026.
