International Business School (IBS) Scholarship for 2025 Fall Intake

International Business School (IBS) offers the IBS Starter Scholarship for the 2025 Fall intake. This opportunity is aimed at high-achieving students enrolling in IBS Bachelor’s programs. The scholarship provides a 25% reduction in the first-semester tuition fee, encouraging students to excel in their academic journey.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the IBS Starter Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Age Limit: 18–25 years at the time of application.
• Academic qualifications:
  • For international applicants: 3 A-level exams with at least AAB grades or 35 points in the IB diploma.
  • For Hungarian citizens: 2 A-level exams with at least 70% results in each.
• English Proficiency:
  • IELTS (Academic or General) overall band score of 6.5 (minimum 6.0 in each component) or TOEFL iBT 79 (certificate must be less than 2 years old).
  • Alternatively, Hungarian citizens can present an advanced-level English language exam with at least 90% results.

• A compelling motivation letter.

Application Process

Apply online for a Bachelor’s program at IBS (https://www.ibs-b.hu/en/how-to-apply/scholarships/starter-scholarship/) and upload the required documents:

1. • High school diploma.
   • A-level certificates or latest transcripts (if the diploma is pending).
   • Passport.
   • IELTS or TOEFL language certificate, if applicable.
2. Indicate your interest in the IBS Starter Scholarship by emailing [email protected].
3. The scholarship applications are reviewed by the Rector, whose decision is final.

The last date to apply for IBS scholarship is August 1, 2025.
