Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Admission: Be admitted to a Master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay or its affiliated institutions.
- Age: Be 30 years old or younger during the year of selection.
- International Status: Be an international student studying in France for the first time.
- Additional Criteria:
- Students of foreign nationality living in France for less than a year and enrolled in non-degree courses or language programs.
- Students who participated in previous mobility programs (e.g., Erasmus Mundus) that did not result in a French degree.
Ineligibility:
- Students already enrolled in French higher education institutions (except those enrolled abroad).
- Students with a study interruption of more than three years.
- Students receiving other funding exceeding €600/month.

- Selection: Admission to a Master’s program does not automatically qualify students for the scholarship.
- Submission: Applicants must complete the online form and provide two referees’ contact details for recommendations.
- Recommendations: Referees must submit their forms before the deadline.
