Mundus MAPP Scholarship Program 2025 Open

Are you passionate about global public policy and ready to pursue a world-class education in Europe? The Erasmus Mundus Masters in Public Policy (Mundus MAPP) program is now accepting applications for the 2025-2027 academic cohort.

Supported by the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) Scholarship, this program is an exciting opportunity for students worldwide to study at top European universities.

Who is It For?

This scholarship is open to outstanding applicants from both EU and non-EU countries who are passionate about public policy. Students who have not previously received an Erasmus Mundus scholarship are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must demonstrate strong academic qualifications.
• Two recommendation letters are required (preferably one from an academic).
• Proof of English proficiency is required unless eligible for a waiver.
• Students must choose one of the program’s mobility tracks:
  • Global Public Policy (CEU PU-IBEI track)
  • European Public Policy (CEU PU-York track)
  • Political Economy and Development (ISS-IBEI track)
  • Governance and Development (ISS-York track)

2. Submit the necessary documents, including:
   • Two recommendation letters.
   • Scanned copies of transcripts and diplomas.
   • A 500-word motivation letter outlining your reasons for applying and your preferred mobility track.
3. Ensure all documents are translated into English.
