RMIT Foundation Scholarship Details

Value and Duration

  • Total scholarship value: AU$5,000
  • One-off payment credited to your future tuition fees.
  • Payment is processed after the first census date into the student’s university account.

Number of Scholarships Available: 25 scholarships are available for Semester 1, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the RMIT Foundation Academic Scholarships, applicants must:

  1. Be an international student with a valid student visa or plans to secure one before program commencement.
  2. Hold an existing offer letter (conditional or full) for the February 2025 intake in any stream of the Foundation Studies Program.
  3. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
  4. Be a new student (not an existing Foundation Studies student.

Application Process

Step 1: Select an eligible Foundation Studies program.
Step 2: Apply to study at RMIT University https://www.rmit.edu.au/study-with-us/international-students/apply-to-rmit-international-students/fees-and-scholarships/scholarships/foundation-academic-scholarships.
Step 3: Submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) for the scholarship.

If successful, you’ll receive an updated offer letter detailing the scholarship.
