University of Warsaw Erasmus+ Scholarship 2027 Available
Already studying at the University of Warsaw and wondering whether a semester abroad is financially possible? Its Erasmus+ KA171 summer-semester 2027 call offers €700 per month plus travel support. Your first task is to check whether an available partner university fits your studies—and act before the October deadline.
Can You Apply From a University Outside Warsaw?
This is an outgoing exchange opportunity for University of Warsaw students, not a scholarship open to everyone worldwide. If you study elsewhere, this call does not provide a direct route into Warsaw or its partner universities. International students at Warsaw should confirm eligibility with BWZ.

Which Destinations Still Have an Application Window?
Four destination countries remain within the published application period on 8 October. Check academic fit and teaching language first.

The earlier winter-semester notice listed eight universities, including destinations in Canada, South Korea, New Zealand and the USA. Do not carry that old destination list into this summer-semester application.
Will €700 a Month Cover Your Entire Stay?
The confirmed package is monthly support plus travel funding; the public announcement does not promise that every expense is covered. Compare accommodation, meals, insurance and any visa costs against your grant. Ask BWZ for the funded duration, travel allowance, payment schedule and tuition arrangements before making financial commitments.
How Do You Prepare and Submit the Correct Application?
Start with the current KA171 call documents, then confirm the submission route with BWZ.
- Read the current official summer-semester announcement and obtain the KA171 call rules and application forms. If the document link fails, request the current file from BWZ.
- Confirm the host, eligible subjects, study level, language evidence and required approvals with your Erasmus coordinator. Prepare the documents named in that call; do not substitute an old checklist.
- Contact Sybilla Marinković at [email protected] to resolve missing instructions, including the submission address, any fee and the complete document requirements. The earlier round used [email protected]; confirm its use for this round.
- Submit before the deadline. If selected, follow the nomination, host-acceptance and grant-agreement instructions before arranging travel.
Application Deadline: The last date to apply for the University of Warsaw Erasmus+ KA171 summer-semester 2026/2027 exchange to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro or Indonesia is 15 October 2026 at 16:00 Warsaw time. Mexico’s doctoral-only deadline was 1 October 2026. These dates were checked on 8 October 2026; later host-document deadlines must be confirmed separately.
