The “Invest Your Talent in Italy” (IYT) Program is now accepting applications for its 10th edition for the academic year 2025-2026. This prestigious scholarship program is organized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of University and Research, the Italian Trade Agency, and Uni-Italia.
Designed to foster international academic collaboration, the IYT Program offers scholarships for Master’s degree programs at renowned Italian universities, accompanied by a mandatory internship at Italian companies.
Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: €1,000 (paid quarterly into an Italian bank account).
- Tuition Fee Exemption: Includes all university fees except the Regional Tax for “Diritto allo Studio,” stamp duty, and health or accident insurance.
- Internship Opportunity: Mandatory internship at leading Italian companies, bridging academic learning and industry experience.
- Cultural Immersion: Seminar or course on gender equality and fighting violence against women integrated into the academic curriculum.
Degree Levels
The scholarship is available for:
- Master’s Degrees (Laurea Magistrale or Master universitario) offered by state-owned or legally recognized Italian Higher Education Institutes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of one of the eligible countries, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mexico, China, South Korea, Tunisia, Turkey, and Vietnam.
- Educational Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and meet the academic qualifications for their chosen Master’s degree program.
- Age Limit: Applicants must have been born on or after January 1, 1999.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum B2 level in English (CEFR) proven by an official English language certificate or confirmation from their university for English-taught courses. Proficiency in Italian is not mandatory but will be considered.
