To be considered for Chevening at the University of Kent, you must:

  1. Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country.
  2. Commit to returning to your home country for at least two years after the scholarship ends.
  3. Hold an undergraduate degree that meets Kent’s postgraduate entry requirements (typically a 2:1 or equivalent).
  4. Have at least two years of work experience.
  5. Apply to three different eligible UK master’s programs and secure an unconditional offer from one by 9 July 2026.

Scholars at Kent also enjoy exclusive opportunities such as VIP networking events – including a visit to the Lord Mayor of Canterbury.

Moreover, Kent is offering three additional partner scholarships under the Chevening program, increasing the chances for exceptional candidates to secure a spot.
