Eligibility Required to Apply
Applicants should have an academic background in economics or related fields and strong English proficiency to succeed in this intensive programme.
- Bachelor’s degree equivalent to a German bachelor’s (minimum 180 ECTS)
- Degree preferably in economics, business administration, or social sciences with economics focus
- Applicants with 180 ECTS must either complete extra 30 ECTS or show at least six months of relevant work experience
- Applicants with 210 ECTS or more do not require additional experience
- Strong academic performance in previous studies
- English language proficiency required through recognized tests
- Accepted English tests include IELTS 7.0, TOEFL iBT 96+, TOEIC 800+, Cambridge CAE/CPE or equivalent
- English test not required if previous degree was fully taught in English (with official proof)
For DAAD EPOS scholarship applicants:
- Must be from a developing country
- At least two years of professional experience after graduation
- Should not have graduated more than six years before application.
