Offered through Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Public Administration, this 16–17 month intensive program blends academic training with leadership development and global networking. Eligibility Required to Apply

- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Strong academic performance in undergraduate studies
- Submission of English language proficiency: TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.0, or TEPS 269
- Two letters of recommendation required
- Personal statement and study plan submission mandatory
- Valid passport and proof of citizenship required
- Proof of parents’ citizenship and family relationship documents required
- Must pass document screening to be invited for essay test and online interview.
