- Applicants who have resided in Argentina must complete and submit a specific form to Argentina’s National Liaison Office (ONE).
- Exclusions: The following individuals are not eligible for this scholarship: Current OAS Scholarship recipients, or GS/OAS staff and their immediate family members or GS/OAS consultants, or permanent OAS staff members and their immediate family members
Application Process
