Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 2025 International Undergraduate Scholarship, you must:

  • Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed in the scholarship announcement.
  • Be an international student, not holding Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Study onshore at one of ECU’s campuses in Joondalup, Mount Lawley, City, or South West (Bunbury).
  • Meet the entry requirements for your chosen course and commence your studies in Semester One, 2025.
  • Be commencing an ECU packaged pathway course with an ECU registered pathway partner if applicable.
  • Study in an eligible CRICOS registered undergraduate degree (certain programs, such as Nursing and Performing Arts, are excluded).

Terms and Conditions: Recipients of the scholarship must adhere to several conditions to maintain their eligibility, including:

  • Maintaining continuous full-time enrollment.
  • Remaining in good academic and financial standing with ECU.
  • Paying tuition fees within stipulated deadlines.
  • The scholarship is applicable only to tuition fees and cannot be used for other expenses.

How to Apply?

Once you apply for an eligible ECU course, the Admissions Office will automatically assess your eligibility for the scholarship as per this call letter. And if you are successful, you will receive a separate scholarship offer letter along with your course offer.

  2. Acceptance: Once you receive your Letter of Offer, accept it by following the instructions provided, and pay the required deposit and Overseas Student Health Cover.
  • Applications Open: 5th August 2024
  • Applications Close: 7th March 2025.
