The France Excellence Europa scholarship is open to students from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden. Unfortunately, French nationals, including bi-nationals, cannot apply. Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old at the start of their stay in France and have secured admission to a French higher education institution in Master’s 1 or Master’s 2 for the academic year 2024-25.

Applicants are required to submit a comprehensive application package that includes a duly completed and signed application form, a Europass format CV, a cover letter, copies of diplomas and transcripts, an identity document, and a letter of admission to a French institution (or a sworn statement if the admission letter is not yet available).
