General Eligibility:

• • Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport.
  • Applicants from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan who have emigrated must provide proof of foreign citizenship obtained before April 30, 2021, along with documentation of canceled Chinese nationality.

Academic Qualifications:

• • Master’s Programs: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • PhD Programs: Master’s degree or equivalent.

Language Proficiency:

• • Chinese-Taught Programs: HSK Level 5 (minimum score: 210).
  • English-Taught Programs: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 85. Applicants with prior degrees taught entirely in English may provide certification from their university.
