University of Texas at Dallas GIS Scholarships 2025-2026

The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) has opened applications for its Geospatial Information Science (GIS) Scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year. These scholarships, sponsored in partnership with Pioneer Natural Resources Corporation, are designed to provide financial assistance to students dedicated to GIS studies and research.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarships are open to U.S. citizens enrolled in the GIS Fast-track graduate program, current and incoming graduate students in GIS, and high-achieving transfer students from local community colleges. The Pioneer Student Research Fund, however, is available to both domestic and international students.

The last date to apply for the GIS Scholarships at The University of Texas at Dallas is March 31, 2025, by 11:59 PM CST. Applicants will be notified of the decision in mid to late April 2025. Scholarship awards will be disbursed after the start of the Fall 2025 semester.
