The Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI), in partnership with the National Consortium in Graduate Science and Mathematics Education (NCGSME) and the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), has officially opened applications for the Capacity Building Program in Science and Mathematics Education (CBPSME) for the First Semester of AY 2025–2026.
Scholarship Overview
The program offers part-time scholarships for students enrolling in the PhD in Education with majors in the following areas:
