ECNU-Shanghai Government Scholarship Process of Application

The application process for the 2026–2027 Shanghai Government Scholarship at ECNU begins with completing the online university application. Applicants must register and submit their forms through the ECNU admissions portal at http://lxsapply.ecnu.edu.cn/, ensuring that all required documents are uploaded accurately.

Once the application is submitted, ECNU conducts a preliminary eligibility review to verify that the applicant meets all academic and program requirements. After this evaluation, the university issues pre-admission decisions. Applicants being considered for the scholarship must then wait for an official notice regarding the scholarship assessment outcome.

For students who receive final admission, ECNU will provide electronic versions of the Admission Notice and the JW202 Form through their online account. Applicants are responsible for downloading and printing these documents for visa and enrollment purposes. Admitted students must register on the date specified in the admission letter and present their original high school diploma and graduation certificate.
