How Azm Prepares You for Global Decision Making?

The Azm Global Leaders Fellowship goes beyond traditional leadership workshops by focusing on three interconnected areas of study. Each fellow is guided by a world-class faculty to master the following tracks:

  • Conflict Resolution & Diplomacy: Led by experts like Samar Ali, this track teaches you to navigate complex disputes and foster dialogue in divided communities. You’ll learn the art of negotiation and how to build lasting peace in high-stakes environments.
  • Strategic Leadership & Management: This pillar focuses on organizational excellence. You will work with mentors like Iyad Uakoub to learn how to lead teams through uncertainty and drive innovation within your own social impact projects.
  • Cultural Competency & Empathy: Guided by Dr. Susan Douglass, this track explores diverse global perspectives. It ensures you can lead with empathy across different cultures, a critical skill for any leader operating on the world stage.

In addition to these tracks, every fellow is paired with a Personalized Executive Coach. This one-on-one mentorship ensures that your $10,000 project grant is managed effectively and that your personal leadership growth is tracked and supported throughout the two-year journey.
