• IELTS Academic or IELTS UKVI Academic: Overall 7.0, with at least 6.5 in each section.
• TOEFL iBT: For certificates obtained after 21 January 2026, TU Delft requires an overall score of 5 and at least 4.5 in each section. Older certificates require 100 overall and 22 in each section.
