Future Leaders Fellowships 2025 Round 10 of £110 Million in Grants

Are you a bold innovator or visionary researcher ready to take the leap into a world-class leadership role in your field? The UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has launched Round 10 of the Future Leaders Fellowships (FLF) — offering up to £110 million in grants to support trailblazing individuals like you.

If you dream of leading cutting-edge research or innovation projects while developing a long-term, impactful career in the UK, this is your moment.

What is the Future Leaders Fellowship?

The FLF programme supports outstanding early-career talent across all sectors and disciplines, including science, engineering, social sciences, humanities, and the arts. Hosted by a UK-based organization — academic, business, or non-profit — fellows receive four years of core funding (with a possible three-year extension), career development support, and the flexibility to conduct bold, interdisciplinary work.

Fellowships are open to applicants globally. Whether you’re returning to academia, transitioning from industry, or working across sectors — the fellowship is designed with your unique path in mind.
