Application Process
- Registration and Submission: Apply online from April 1 until May 15, 2024, for the program starting in September. Complete your application on our portal here.
- Documents: Submit transcripts, certificates, and optionally, proof of English proficiency and any accolades in one PDF file. All documents must be in German or English.
- Referees: Provide contact details for two referees upon application; they will be contacted with instructions for submitting their references.
- Research Groups: Indicate your top four preferred research groups from the recruiting list available here.
Timeline of Application to Final Results Display
- Application Interviews: Scheduled from June 24 to 28, 2024, via video conferencing. Keep these dates open for potential interviews.
- Admission Notifications: Early July 2024, applicants will be informed about their admission status.
- Program Start: September 15, 2024. Arrive early to settle any bureaucratic tasks.
