Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the MOE Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be recent university graduates (Master’s, Magister, or Diploma degree holders) with above-average academic results.
- Have completed their degree within the last three years.
- Hold citizenship and permanent residence in one of the eligible Central or Eastern European countries, such as Poland, Hungary, Romania, or Albania.
- Demonstrate German language proficiency (minimum B1 level), to be certified by the start of the program.
- Present a compelling project proposal that contributes significantly to environmental or nature conservation.
Note:
- PhD students cannot complete their doctoral studies during the scholarship.
- Applicants already residing in Germany for academic or professional reasons are ineligible.
