QuTech Scholarship 2024 at Delft University of Technology

QuTech, a leading research center in quantum technology, in collaboration with Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and the Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research (TNO), is thrilled to offer the QuTech Scholarship for 2024. This initiative is designed to attract brilliant international students to pursue Master’s studies in quantum technologies at TU Delft, fostering a new generation of talented scientists and engineers.

Scholarship Benefits

The QuTech Scholarship provides comprehensive support, including:

• Full Tuition Coverage: The scholarship covers all tuition fees for the two-year MSc program at TU Delft.
• Living Expense Contribution: Students receive financial support to help cover their living expenses during their studies.
• PhD Opportunity: Outstanding students who achieve a grade of 9 (90%) or higher on their MSc thesis project are offered a subsequent PhD position at QuTech.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be international students (outside the Netherlands) with an excellent academic record, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 80% or higher.
• Have a demonstrated interest in quantum technologies.
• Gain admission to an eligible MSc program at TU Delft, which typically includes degrees in Applied Sciences or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science.

Application Process

1. Select an MSc Program: Identify and apply to a TU Delft MSc program (https://qutechacademy.nl/scholarships/) that aligns with your interests in quantum technology.
2. Prepare Documentation: Compile a motivational letter, a comprehensive CV, two letters of recommendation, and the TU Delft Scholarship Application Form.
3. Submit Application: Complete your scholarship application.
4. Interview: If shortlisted, you may be invited for an interview via Skype to further assess your qualifications and interest in quantum technology.

Application Deadline: The application deadline for the QuTech Scholarship applications is December 1st, 2024 before the intended start of the MSc program.
