- A generous living stipend of £18,000, paid in four instalments throughout the academic year.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Siddall Sheffield Scholarship 2026:
- You must be a US citizen who has studied in the US and not lived in the UK before.
- You must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field by the time of departure to the UK.
- Your GPA should preferably be 3.7 or higher.
- You must apply and be accepted into a one-year full-time Master’s program in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sheffield.

- Research Potential (25%) – A clear and impactful 500-word proposal in your chosen engineering area.
- Civic Engagement (25%) – A 500-word essay on how you’ve contributed to your local community and how you plan to bring that same energy to Sheffield.
