This BIT scholarship program was initiated by China’s Ministry of Education that aims to attract outstanding international students to pursue their master’s and doctoral studies in China’s top universities, including BIT.

The BIT CSC Scholarship comprehensively covers tuition fees, provides free dormitory accommodation or a housing subsidy, and offers a monthly stipend (CNY 3,000 for master’s students and CNY 3,500 for doctoral students). Duration of Study:

Master’s programs: 2 to 2.5 years.
Ph.D. programs: 4 to 6 years.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply for CSC Scholarships at BIT in 2024

International students can easily apply for CSC scholarship at BIT for the batch starting in September 2024 if they stand eligible as per the following:

Hold a bachelor’s degree (for master’s applicants) under 35 years or a master’s degree (for Ph.D. applicants) under 40 years.
Be non-Chinese citizens in good health, adhering to Chinese laws and BIT’s regulations.
Possess at least 1-year related work or internship experience (for MBA applicants).
Provide language proficiency proof: HSK level 5 for Chinese-taught or TOEFL (minimum 85) or IELTS (minimum 6.0) for English-taught programs. Native English speakers are exempted from taking English language proficiency tests.

How to apply for BIT Scholarships in 2024?

Apply through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (CGSIS). BIT’s agency number is 10007. Select category B and then fill out your CSC scholarship form and submit it.
Then as per BIT scholarship 2024 notice, fill out your admission application form at BIT.
BIT conducts a comprehensive review to select and nominate candidates to China Scholarship Council for final selection.
Winners of BIT-CSC scholarship 2024 will then be notified through emails to start their study visa process.
