Aim of this German Program

Funding Details

The program supports study trips to at least two German universities for groups of up to 15 students, accompanied by a university lecturer, for a maximum of 12 days. This is your chance to experience Germany’s academic environment first-hand and establish lasting connections.

Who Can Benefit?

  • Groups of Foreign Students: From the 2nd semester onwards, including registered graduates and, in exceptional cases, doctoral students. Each group must be accompanied by a university lecturer.
  • Who’s Eligible to Apply?: Foreign universities, with applications submitted by a university lecturer on behalf of the group.

Application Deadlines

  • For trips from March 1 to May 31, 2024: Apply by November 1, 2023
  • For trips from June 1 to August 31, 2024: Apply by February 1, 2024
  • For trips from September 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025: Apply by May 1, 2024
