Eligibility Criteria

1. 1. Nationality: Open to non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
   2. Educational Background:
      • Master’s applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with excellent academic records, and be under 35 years of age.
      • Doctoral applicants must hold a master’s degree or equivalent, with outstanding academic performance, and be under 40 years of age.
   3. Language Proficiency:
      • Chinese-taught programs require a minimum of HSK Level 4.
      • For programs taught in other languages, relevant proficiency certificates (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) are required.

Step 1: CSC System Registration

   2. Select Category B and input the agency code of Hubei University (10512).
   3. Submit the application form along with required documents.

Step 2: Hubei University Platform Registration
