  2. Highest Diploma: Submit a notarized photocopy of your highest diploma. If you are currently a student, provide certificates of study from your university.
  3. Academic Transcripts: Provide your academic performance transcripts.
  4. Passport Photocopy: Include a photocopy of your passport.
  5. HSK Certificate: Provide a photocopy of your HSK certificate or other Chinese Language Test results.
  6. Foreigner Physical Examination Form: Submit a photocopy of this form.
