About the Role
The successful candidate will work within the Student Learning & Academic Registry, a central department driving innovations to enhance learning and teaching experiences. As part of the Academic Skills (Access and Participation) branch, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students at risk of disengagement by delivering targeted interventions under the Student Success programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing academic skills support to build student confidence and engagement.
- Recognizing diverse, individual support needs and signposting students to specialized services.
- Designing high-quality student support and learning materials.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress, retention, and achievement.
- Engaging with students with diverse needs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Who Should Apply?

- A first degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Specialist qualifications in mental health or disability support, particularly for Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) or neurodiversity.
